How do Guests Find Their Vacation Home?
Very easy, we offer convenient check-in office locations in Orlando and Naples. Once the guests check in with us, they will be registered into our system and given keys to their vacation home along with detailed directions.

What Time Is The Check-in and Check-out, and what is the Check-in Procedure?
Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out is available by prior arrangement with a fee of $75.00. Upon arrival, all guests are required to register at our office. We will upon check-in take an imprint and authorization on a major credit card for $250 or cash deposit of $1,000.00 as security against negligence or additional charges.

What Are Your Office Hours?
Our Customer Service Representatives are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week/365 days a year. Our Orlando office is open seven days a week and our Naples office is open Monday through Friday. At all other times, we have a 24 hour check-in lock box at our office, and there is a personal answering service handling telephone calls and messages. "Lock box" information will be sent to you along with directions to our office.

What Is The Minimum Nightly Stay?
We require a minimum of 5 nights stay in high season and 3 nights in low season, unless otherwise indicated. Any stay of less than 5 nights will be subject to a fee of $75.00 in Orlando and $100.00 in Naples.

Does Florida Choice Own All The Houses and Villas?
Florida Choice is a management and real estate company, offering our services to individual owners all over the world. Each home or villa is independently owned, and they are managed by our company.

How Does Our Company Make Reservations With Florida Choice?
All requests are subject to availability (unless otherwise noted) and should be made via fax. We will fax back our confirmation number within 24 hours. Reservation changes should be handled the same way. This procedure will enable us both to have back-up documentation on file. Reservations within 1 to 14 days can be phoned in, but should also be followed up by fax again, for back-up purposes.

Does Florida Choice Guarantee Specific Location Or Vacation Home?
No. Location or vacation home is not guaranteed. This is due to our extensive portfolio of vacation homes. Only Choice Collection vacation home reservations will be guaranteed by address.

Do All Of The Florida Choice Vacation Homes Offer Heated Pools?
Not all homes have heated pools. Please request this service at the time of reservation. There is an additional charge of $20.00 per day plus tax heated pools.
