Our initial property search, made prior to making an appointment, can take quite a while, although the actual viewing of a property by the client can be remarkably short. We have found that the time to make an initial purchase decision can vary from 10 minutes to 3 days. Once this decision has been made, it can take another 2 to 6 weeks to finalise all purchase contracts.
